All questionsIs it really their voice?
Yes. Every voice in the book is the recording that person made, and it plays right on the page. We never copy or fake anyone's voice. A message someone typed shows as typed, with no voice.
Does my family need to download anything?
No. They open the link on their phone, type their name, pick the language they'll speak and tick one box. No app and no account.
What languages can people speak?
English, Spanish, Urdu or Hindi, and mixing them is fine. The interviewer talks back in the language you speak. Words said in a different language from the book stay as they were said, with the translation underneath.
Who can see the book?
Only people with its private link. The link is long and hard to guess, and search engines are told not to list it. You can turn it off any time from My books. Family members only see what they added themselves, until you send the book.
What if I don't love it?
Love it or your money back. If you don't love your book, email support@whisperwishes.com within 30 days and we'll refund you. A person replies, usually within a day.
