Before you send the link
What if someone doesn't record?
You can see who has finished, who's recording and who only opened the link, and send them a reminder. When you're ready, close the link and the book is made from everyone who finished. Nobody can add more after that.
Can they type instead of talking?
Yes. Anyone who'd rather not talk can type a message instead. It goes in the book marked as typed, without a play button.
What language should they speak?
Whichever feels most natural: English, Spanish, Urdu or Hindi, and mixing is fine. Each person picks their own. Their words stay as they said them, with the translation underneath when it's not the book's language.
Can they see each other's messages?
No. Each person sees only what they added themselves. You see everything, and the family sees it all together once you send the book.
How many people can join?
Up to 12 people can add their voices. Everyone who takes part is named at the end of the book.
